Our experience with THE FOOD MUSE and Linda Ross was a VERY positive one from our first meeting to the end of what was for us an important project hosting an Open House to the local medical community. We learned of her catering service through word of mouth and we interviewed four other catering businesses along with THE FOOD MUSE. Her professionalism, creativity, and interest in making our event special stood out among the other caterers. Because she would be serving a large ophthalmic practice she came up with ideas of presenting various international food selections to coincide with our international eyewear selection, she could have arraigned “Ben Franklin” from the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia to mingle with the guests to explain how he invented the bifocal, and she gave us valuable suggestions concerning florists, wine selections, and presentation ideas. These were just a few of the ideas that she mentioned at our first meeting! Again much more creative than the others and at the same costs or less. These things made our decision to choose her Catering services easy and more importantly fun. Her staff, very professional and courteous to our 200 plus attendees and the hors d’oeurves and wine selection was very impressive to them as well as our own doctors and administration staff. Our Open House projected a practice that cared about customer service, provided state of the art technology, and had an heir of dignity and sophistication. THE FOOD MUSE catering service definitely was a help in projecting that image.

On September 21, 2007 Berks Eye had the pleasure of working with The Food Muse to organize an open house presenting our new facility at 1802 Paper
Mill Road. The creatively displayed dishes were all delicious and beautiful. The serving staff was outstanding: pleasant, accommodating and efficient, a reflection of Linda Ross's enthusiasm for her work and her culinary and artistic talents. As an experienced event planner, I was prepared to receive the food that I ordered and then do all of the prep work in making it look nice. To my surprise you provided the complete package and astounded all of the attendees. The food was right on time - delicious and the menu was personalized and comprehensive. I wanted to take a minute to thank you again (and again), and let you know how much everyone enjoyed the meal, on Sunday. I was especially excited for my father (my Italian father) to try the Penne Rustica, as I've been raving about it since my party in September! He loved it, and he's not an easy one to please!!
